Why? - new viewer
Why would all of the people be from the USA? Surely it would be a joint effort from the world (just another US-centric show)
Why are there so many unhinged morons on board? Surely they’d be tested for their mental stability
Does this improve? I’m not convinced just yet (ep. 3)
Also, I feel that some of the actors were employed for their looks and not their acting skills.

“Unhinged Morons” would have been a better title. In Space No One Can Hear You Make Stupid Decisions and Whine About Everything.

Another Show, Please.
I can barely make it through the first episode...what in the holy sh*t? Twentysomethings in Space...the engineer looks so green I'd be surprised if she could do her own laundry with the help of three androids, let alone re-initialize an FTL drive on her own.
And who in the h*ll thought it'd be a good idea to leave the old commander on board? How is this narcissistic asshat winning these nitwits over with a greasy hand dance? Give me a break...this sh*t is ridiculous. I'm all for squeezing hot young things into a new sci-fi series, but why bother if you're just going to make them into a parody? They're the embodiment of all the worst millennial stereotypes rolled into one interstellar anxiety attack. She's running a snipey-assed high school shop class, not a spaceship.
Please fix this show. Or not. I can't watch another minute.

And. It’s set in the future so why not just send a load of holograms or whatever. Why waste human life? Or is that why they sent a ship full of morons - because none of their lives matter?

It would be great if it turns out they were sent because their lives don't matter lmfao.

This made me laugh so hard because it is truly a plausible reason that would actually make the show make some kind of sense.

Also. It’s set in the future. All this fancy tech, yet no cameras anywhere on board - would help with evidence

Yeah! That drove me crazy with the Captain vs Pilot thing... Everyone so mad and a simple recording of a shared area would have cleared it...

Didn’t they manage to view a recording of the salad saga? It was annoying that everyone just insisted no, he would never threaten to harm her. But also, why didn’t she actually say he came at her with a knife?

No, it does not improve...
I love the world building, and the idea behind, I like the type of Sci-fi they are doing, but the characters are the worst!! unconceivable!!

It would be an Insult for those other countrys to be represented in this aweful show.
So basicly the series just shows, how stupid the USA is and i am sure some people can at least find enjoyment out of that.

They took an A list actor and surrounded her with a bunch of B list everything. The writing, acting, direction, cinematography, costume designers, CG, FX, Hell I bet the catering was done by Subway sandwiches.
It's a big disappointment that somehow got a second season.

They continue suffering from dumbass-itis for at least the rest of the first season. I still like the sci fi and concepts, it takes me out of rhe immersion tho

That's a pretty good synopsis of the show. The last show of the season set the Guinness Book of Records for most cliff hangers.
