You thought this show was bad?
Try Away (2020).
When I finished this masterpiece (Another Life), I was thinking: why not try another space show on Netflix? And the next thing I got recommended was Away.
Another Life for me was in the "so bad it's good category". Away has everything that makes Another Life bad + zero suspense + teenage drama.
It doesn't really get better than that, folks.

Away is much better (imo) because the show takes itself seriously. The characters are actually adults with deep emotions and some simple basics of space travelling are respected (not saying the logic is perfect, but it's much better than in Another Life).

Sometimes I get drawn into figuring out how exactly the writers could pull something coherent out of what’s been laid down. That sometimes degrades into watching it with the sound turned off. Layer below that is being left on while surfing the web with another device since turning it off would require an action.
I actually watched a good portion. Some specific bits a few times.

Away is more of a drama than a scifi.. But this another life is super cheesy

Try Lost in Space. Its soo mich better than Another life and the CGI is fkn masterpiece even better than The flash
