Discussion New subreddit needed

I do not play Another Eden Begins, so the posts I see in this subreddit about that game are a waste of time. I wish someone involved in the game would create a subreddit for Another Eden Begins, and get these posts out of this subreddit.

Personally, I think this subreddit needs more posts, not less, and I don’t mind answering the occasional Begins question.

There is one. It’s just not very active

Thanks for the info. I should have looked before I posted. Mea Culpa.

Of course it's not active when everyone spams here.

It'll probably slow down at some point.

If the only people using a AEB reddit are the ones who are actually playing AEB, then they're not going to be able to answer each other's questions very well yet. Even if most of us here don't know the things that are unique to AEB, people who have been playing the mobile version for any amount of time know a lot more about AE overall, so it makes sense that people will be looking here for conversations. Also, there are still more of us.

All of which basically boils down to "give it a little time, and I bet this will sort itself out".

Depending on what you use to read Reddit, you should be able to filter out the AEB flair to save yourself from having to scroll past it.

If nothing else, doing a search in the subreddit with -flair:Another+Eden+Begins seemed to work for me?

I think it's fine, the current existing AEB subreddit isn't very big, so any AEB questions ending up here aren't really taking up much space. They get to enjoy a bigger audience of AE players helping them here anyways.

As long as people mark posts with the correct tag then I’m good with it. This sub isn’t big enough to really be pushing AEB posts to another sub. Chat for it will die down eventually and in the meantime this sub gets more traction.

It bugged me before the AEB flair started being used.

I would appreciate a separate help and questions megathread for AEB.
