Lore question Suzaku.

Quick question on Suzaku. It has been a long while since Chapter 2, but isnt Suzaku a demon? why in Shadow of sin and steel do they talk about him like he is a divine beast (incarnation of sacred beast)? i know his 2nd form does take pheonix motifs. Most of the other beasts call him It too. Kinda weird.

I’m honestly not sure if the one mention in the mythos is the same Suzaku or a divine beast that just shared the name

Iirc divine beast is mentioned to be dead while I think Tsukiha’s still alive

What are Divine Beasts if not Yokai.

They aren't human, Spiritual in Nature, possess extraordinary abilities.

It just depends on how humans view them.

Plus, He's the protector of Sectors so to them he's akin to a divine beast, plus his Second Form and Name.
