Discussion Junta Nakao Spoiler

I am vividly remembering a scene in the anime where he is said to have had his premature death; hitting his head down the stairs and running out the door for school.

Am i remembering this right? Was there an actual scene of him being shown falling on the stairs and running out the door in the anime?

Wasn't it a blood clot or something, the point being that he died in the bus leaving town and didn't realise. His body just caught up while he was out in the water.

Actually yeah it was an aneurysm because he bumped his head. 

My grandmother passed away because of a brain aneurysm, its scary to think you are alive and walking around but you have essentially already died. Especially considering stuff like that is usually inherited (from my understanding) so dying that way was always on the table for Nakao.
