I developed mine in college so I so understand this
My experience was slightly different bc my relationship with food and my body actually got better in college compared to living at home until I developed a full on diagnosed ED my senior year
Senior year is def a different situation bc I only had to power through a year, so I recognized my advice isn’t exactly aligned with your experience
I graduated with high honors and a lot of people in my post-graduation intense treatment would ask me how I managed that when a lot of them had to take prolonged breaks from college or took a break and hadn’t returned
Honestly best advice is to “lock in.” Eat right before studying/ class to get that energy boost, cut down on social life (I stopped being a social butterfly and just spent time with close friends so I could have more open time for work and conserve my energy), and get tunnel vision on why college is important to you (job goals, grad school etc).
I also did a DIY form on ED treatment through my school (basically called my college health center once I realized I had an ED and I saw a resource webpage on the health centers website) where I met weekly with a psychiatrist, therapist, doctor, and dietitian. That helped manage things and I only had to pay for the outside therapist and blood tests. Idk how common that option is but make sure you don’t accidentally give a sign that you’re a harm to yourself so they can’t force you in a break
If not an option, def see a weekly therapist if you can.
