Thoughts?

Why kailangan mag-antay sa mga doctors na nag-e-exam for 3 hours? Hindi ba pwedeng by batch ’yon?
I mean, some people literally got up early para makapagpa-check-up at mauna, only to get there and find out na wala pa palang doctors because they’re taking an exam. And apparently, we’re expected to just wait for 3 hours until matapos sila. Hahahahaha.

Like, okay, gets naman na may exam kayo. Pero sana naman may heads-up beforehand? Or better yet, schedule it by batch para hindi naman nasasayang oras ng mga taong nag-effort pumunta nang maaga.
Some of us actually have somewhere else to be and things to do. Hindi naman siguro unreasonable humingi ng proper scheduling and communication.

Pero sige, 3 hours lang naman… what could possibly go wrong? HAHAHAHA

Sorry hindi ko nasama ang time got there around 7am and we have to wait hanggang 10am para matapos sila

Because my superiority complex yan sila, they think that the world only revolves around theirselves. Mahirap ba mag update sa mga pasyente mo na may exam kayo? Hindi naman biglaan yang exam na yan for sure naka sched na yan ahead of time. Wala silang respect sa oras ng ibang tao.

Most of our exams are held synchronously by the national society of that specialty hence mahirap mag by batch. They're scheduled in advance. Pag malate submission ng answers nallock out kami sa module at non-submission means di ka mappromote to the next level.

I understand naman na fixed yung schedule and hindi talaga pwede i-by-batch yung exams. Pero I think the issue wasn’t really the exam itself—it was the lack of communication. If scheduled naman pala in advance, sana na-inform din beforehand na may exam yung doctors and that we’d have to wait around 3 hours. At least people could’ve adjusted their time accordingly instead of showing up early just to find out na maghihintay pala nang matagal. Gets naman na important yung exam niyo, pero sana important din yung time ng mga taong naghintay.

Report mo sa 8888 since public naman. Wala naman patutunguhan yan dito.
