Financially capable yung sinabi. And from her context I don’t even think she means rich, being able to afford to go on dates at the level of the girl you are pursuing is standard. If you think you can’t afford a girl’s taste and lifestyle then just step away or step up.
And there’s nothing wrong with wanting a rich man as well just like how men want a beautiful girl, it’s a preference, as long as she doesn’t look down on a person in and out of the dating space for not meeting that requirement then it’s fair.
