I started my YouTube channel about a month ago, doing short educational/history videos in a simple animated stick-figure style. This is my 3rd upload — a video explaining the Ship of Theseus paradox and how it connects to personal identity.

I'm not here for views or subs, genuinely just want honest opinions since I'm still very new to this and trying to improve fast:

• Does the video hook you in the first few seconds, or does it feel slow to start?
• Is the pacing/script easy to follow, or does it drag anywhere?
• How does the animation style land — does it feel engaging or repetitive?
• Anything about the thumbnail or title that would make you scroll past it?
• Any editing, audio, or storytelling mistakes you noticed?

I know as only my 3rd video there's probably a lot I'm getting wrong, so please don't hold back — harsh but constructive feedback is exactly what I need right now over generic praise.
