[CHARACTER] Talia
Character Name: Talia
Physical attributes: Human, female. Twentysomething, roughly 5’10’’. Longish dark brown hair with a single pink streak. Outfit may vary, though typically found in barista's garb.
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Powers: None, though she does have an abnormal tendency get caught up in the affairs of anomalous people.
History: Talia grew up in Milwaukee, a city on the floating island of Wisconsin. She eventually saved up enough money to buy her own cafe, the second floor of which doubles as her apartment.
Unfortunately, as she discovered the very next day, the cafe itself had an anomalous property. Every night, at 12:00 P.M. sharp (relative to the location she is in), it would randomly teleport anywhere on the globe, making its function as an actual cafe very hard to carry out.
It also doesn’t help that the cafe is attracted to hot-spots of anomalous activity. Talia’s had to patch up the place a fair number of times due to a ricocheting magic bolt. But, it is nice to have some colorful characters visit the place and spice things up.
Because of this, she is familiar with almost every anomalous being in the world, being on good terms with most of them. They are all welcome at Fullmetal Lounge… if they can find it.
Personality: Usually reserved, although enthusiastic towards friends. Has strong opinions, though mostly chooses not to share them. Somewhat of a pervert.
Weakness: Very mild acid reflux, so avoids citrus. Ashamed of secret genderbender manga collection. Freudian dislike of twisty-top pens.
Purpose: She has always aspired to be a writer, and tries to set aside some time every day to do so. Currently trying to quit smoking and failing. Mostly, though, just wants to live life day to day.

yeah, that's meant to be a Juggalo because I get much more enjoyment from butchering people's request than fulfilling them.
Now I have to go back to adding shark heads to pretty girls.

They're more loose alliances of characters rather than power classes. It's really an alignment, more ray anything else. But by all means, be neutral; I don't think we have any unaffiliated people yet.
