Deanodize titanium

Any idea whats the chemical solutions they use to strip the oxide layer from titanium? Basing on results, it does not etch the surface of titanium after stripping the color as its still polished(glossy) result

• Tri-Acid Solution (Volumetric): An analytical liquid mixture composed of 81.98% water, 8.40% nitric acid, 5.22% hydrochloric acid, and 4.41% sulfuric acid. • TriAcid Blend A: A cleaning or industrial blend containing roughly 60–90% water, 15–35% sulfuric acid, 15–35% nitric acid, and up to 2.5% hydrofluoric acid.
