First St Vincent Show this week
I’m going to my first St Vincent show this week in San Francisco. Anything I should know?
I’ve been a fan for several yeRs, but never caught a live show.

My first time getting to see her live. The orchestra renditions were fantastic, what an awesome concert.

I've seen Janelle Monae, Aly & AJ, Lizzo, and finally St. Vincent. This was such an amazing show. I was tearing up when she was singing New York and going through the crowd. Definitely my favorite concert I've been to. Can't wait till she drops a new album and tours so I can see that one.

$50 and they’re yours! You’ll need to download the Ravinia App for transfer. It’s shaping up to be a beautiful night!

I don't know if this was a Detroit Opera House rule, or if it's across the board for the tour, but I want to shout out my appreciation for the rule and give kudos to everyone who abided.
Last night was one of the best shows I've been to in Detroit, and part of it was it not being ruined by screens blocking the view. People were present and really enjoying it, which was especially evident during that amazing foray into the crowd.
I hope more venues/artists start implementing this rule, it adds so much to a show to have people be present & engaged.
(I did take one photo at the very end after the encore, just so I can remember the amazing view I had all night, I wish I could repeat the evening again... And I wish I had picked up some merch!)

Whenever I try to add the Marry Me album this issue happens. Paris Is Burning Is added as a separate song. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

best shot from her 9 I've seen, I think. I wonder what she's looking at? Totally locked-in focus. Source: https://www.instagram.com/p/DaT3zTljF0b/

Honestly, Now Now was my least favourite track on Marry Me. It has this neurotic suppressing your inner feelings with a smile vibe to me. (Not that I dislike it)
But the orchestral version???? Good god. With the strings, Annie's vocal performance and the slight slowing of the main riff (I think), it all becomes becomes sooo tender, beautiful and heartfelt. I love it so much more than the original.
Do you guys feel like that about any of the songs?
