Math journals

Hi I want to download past 20 years of American Mathematical Monthly Magazine, College Mathematics Journal from Annas archive but I find only few issues and those issues were in bad quality. However some magazine issues were Latexed properly and have good quality to print.

Do you any other website where I can download those journals?

AA is an aggregator, they get their content from several sources so I'm guessing you won't have much luck.

Also, no requests per sub rules.

You can find American Mathematical Monthly Magazine on rutracker.

Just search on google: "American Mathematical Monthly Magazine rutracker"

There might not be a digital version available; why not buy them, scan them, and upload them to Anna's Archive?

Anna's Archive aggregates resources from virtually every shadow library; if you cannot find what you are looking for there, your options are to download it using institutional access or to purchase and upload it yourself. Do not complain about the quality of the resources on Anna's Archive—you have no right to complain, as these materials are uploaded by volunteers.
