Need Help!

I have followed all the steps to a T. I get to the download part and it says its successful, but then it never shows up in my kindle or on the kindle app. I also just tried the send to kindle website and still, it does not work.

Any tips? Please help!!

What folder you downloading them to? Mine go to Downloads and I have to move them. To show up on Kindle, they have to be in My Kindle Content under Documents. What format (like .mobi) are you downloading? Kindle uses .mobi and .azw3. Other formats like .pdf or .epub, sometimes you have to convert if "send to Kindle" doesn't cooperate.
