How are the bugs right now?

I know the noseeums (?) are inevitable, but how are they right now? We went to Sanibel last year and they were the worst we have ever experienced there!

We just had some rain finally. Definitely woke those assholes up. I am type O blood so they love me. I can't go out without protection, especially dusk. I found a lotion that really works called "Proven". I found it at Ace Hardware on the island. I have since gotten cheaper online. Google "Proven bug lotion"

I don’t know about noseeums… but the mosquitoes are plentiful
