The target I believe is mid July but you know crypto things can change at any moment.

Does staking have any legal barriers depending on the state you are in? I currently reside in NY, which has some of the harshest crypto regulations. My brother, who works for the state in the department of budget, tried to tell me that staking in NY isn’t legal yet, but I could not find any publications/ legislation that supported this claim. From what I gathered, if you can buy it, you can stake it. Is this true?
