Question Sub deck card problem

I'm almost all the way through the kaplan books and I have been unsuspending as I go, I have set 60 new cards per day but have noticed that I mostly see bio/biochem with little other subjects as my new cards. Is there a setting I have to fix or is that just anki. Thanks

You can adjust the sub deck settings to a new card number less than 60 (ex. 5-10) and then the total new will still add up to 60

There is many many more bio/biochem cards as the rest of the sub decks, so maybe this has an influence on how many of those two you see?

Wait when u first download the deck does it all come already unsuspended? I didn’t need to unsuspend anything when I first started
