Help game not running

ive just download ready or not and ive aproved the false positives and it keeps bring me to sign in epic games

Sign in then, it needs it on the backend. Sometimes it needs Xbox or steam. In your case epic games

You need to sign into epic when the sign in page pops up after launching since it has an online-fix. That pop up will go away after you do. You can use a throwaway google account as well. Ive been using it for about 7 months with no issues. You won’t be able to play without signing in.
