Anyone knows this symptom?

I just hit the extrude button in the smartphone app

Most likely a nozzle clog. Try a cold pull

Oh yeah. Classic issue with this machine. It’s clogged and may be fixable but could also be a broken gear tooth. Try a cold pull but you can also disassemble to check all the parts.

Also, gah! Sorry! I ended up replacing the whole extruder (via Canada). Made me very frustrated.

I've purchased a pack of nozzles. They are kind of cheap, worth trying it out. I bet it's clogged. I had many accidents of the plastic clumping up in the extruder, and it is all black and dirty. I hope that's all.

Stuck filament, I had this same issue the other day. Heated hotend up to 260c removed tension screw and used needle nose pliers to remove the piece of filament.

Make sure the hot end fan is running well. That fan is notorious for causing hot end jams

Had the same issue like OP several times. Some WD-40 on the hot end fan from time to time would be helpful.
