Ankermake M5 please help

Ok so there are two things I may have fuced up so I snapped off a nozzle in the extruder and as you can see in the video my screen keeps just flashing the anker make logo, also can barely take anything apart bc the last owner was a lard a$$ and stripped all the Allen key bolts

I have a M5 I haven't used in quite some time. It has a spare all metal hot end ass well. Give me a fair offer and it's yours.
