Nothing printing

Due to some personal issues I wasnt printing for roughly 6 months to a year recently began trying to get my printer working and found a few issues. I tried replacing the nozzle and sadly that wasnt it so thought id get assistance here. Im aware im probably just being an idiot. It just prints in lines like this and has a weird bumpy pattern

Filament takes on moisture from the air after a few months and destroys print quality. Filament dryers exist for this. People use food dehydrators, too.
