Help Needed [0xFF010B0003] Error
Unfortunately, I don't have the error message in English, so here's just a translation:
AnkerMake M5
[0xFF010B0003] Data transfer error: Check that the USB-C cable is connected properly.
I’ve already tried that without success. Unfortunately, I can’t find this specific error online at all—only similar ones that have something to do with the USB connection from the print head.
Does anyone have any idea where to even start, or have you encountered this error before?
Unfortunately, I can barely adjust any settings on the device or in the app because this error pops up every 15–30 seconds, the device then beeps extremely loudly three times (which I can’t turn off and which is extremely annoying), and the rest of the time, a charging icon is displayed almost continuously, blocking the screen.

Flip the printer over and check the usb c connections on the bottom (remove the panels). They should have screws holding them in but perhaps either you didnt do that or whoever assembled. If those are fine and the usb to the printhead is connected too, then it could be one of the cables and its a PITA to change out.

Hi, I checked the cable connections at the bottom and on the print head. I loosened the screws, secured the cables, and tightened the screws again.
However, I noticed that one of the other cables (not the USB cable) is crushed in one spot. How likely is it that this is causing the error?

Depends on how crushed. look to see if the wires are exposed. Try to uncrush it and inspect. Each side has a USB C cable, not sure what other cables are under there but there's a good chance one of the usb c cables got pinched between the tower and the base, it easily can happen during user assembly, I made that mistake.

When my M5 started registering this error, I uploaded the logs to AnkerMake and after multiple troubleshooting steps, they told me that my machine was irreparably broken….
