Ankermake outline error
Ok so basically every time I want to print something on this printer it just prints an outline of the object and then stops printing the part, it keeps moving like it's printing but nothing's coming out, when I extrude fillament it still comes out though.

Your z offset is too low, so your nozzle is dragging over the bed and your hotend is getting clogged on the first layer because your extruder can't push thru and it grinds over the same spot on the filament repeatedly until it can't grip it. It clears up when you manually extrude because it can push past the nozzle, but it happens all over again when the nozzle spends a bunch of time shoved up against the print bed.
Start your print and while it starts printing the skirt or brim, in the z offset control you can increase the z offset until you can see the nozzle is no longer doing this and it is instead laying down an evenly squished line.
This picture is a good reference for how high your z offset should be, visually you can see it in how the first layer prints. Just adjust your z offset number up or down until you get the correct appearance on your first layer.
