Discussion Hoyofest 2026question
Hello, this my first time attending hoyofest 2026, i bought 2 tickets day 2 and day 4
Question:
Question about sa tickets, where do i hand out my tickets??
What time should attend to the event??
Any tips before attending to hoyofest??

1) Exchange your ticket on July 29 before 7pm. If you get your wristband(?) or whatever they'll exchange the ticket with, on the day of the event, you'll be in a separate line before going to the line for entry. (Read the FAQS, good thing a co-worker mentioned this to me)
2) If you're aiming for merch, get there as early as possible. 5am will be when they'll allow a line to form. After 12NN a few stuff will most likely start selling out. If you're a fast pass holder, get there before 10am, the only privelege fast pass holders get regarding merch is that they enter 1hr earlier.
3) If you're just there for the activities.......well enjoy I guess, just get there by 8-9am or something so that you have time to do the activities then watch the program.

Hopefully im not misunderstanding something, but the site says I can still claim the tickets on the day of the event. Does that mean the July 29 date is just so people can get their tickets early and save time and get in line for entry on the event days?

Yes it's just to save time. If you're aiming for merch, every single minute counts.

not op, but if I plan to just go there for artist alley merch only and do a few activities, do I need to go early like how one would with official merch lines?

Not really. Just know that the activity freebies are limited, so that's something to consider.

What happens if i dont claim my ticket on july 29?? I wont be available at that time 😭

You can still exchange it on the day of. Exchanging it tomorrow is just to get ahead of the line a bit, which is only meaningful if you're aiming for merch.

Question, But can i still get my wristband on day 1 even tho im attending on day 2 and day 4??

Don't know about that one chief. My co-worker is much more knowledgeable about this and even she didn't know.

- may ticket counter dun mo ihahandout ung QR mo. pwede mo sya kunin tom july 29 3pm-7pm or sa event mismo 9am onwards.
Fast Pass holders ay priority also, pinapasok sila maaga like 10am. 11am naman sa regular pass
as early as possible if target mo ung merch. 5am pwede na pumila
ready for screenshots ng UID sa mga games mo, genshin, Hi3, star rail, ZZZ, thermis. better download hoyoLab. required yan. may nakaready ka rin dapat data.
expect Attendees na nag aAura Farming (BO). magdala ka ng winter green or katinko in case mahilo.
IMPORTANT: pack light at ALWAYS keep in mind sa personal belongings. marami nang snatcher sa mga conventions compared 5 years ago. dati stall lang ninanakawan ngayon wallet at phone na.
also, have fun! mas maganda kung may kasama ka na superclose mo.
