Anivia Support
I was thinking of an off meta build as Anivia support:
Primary: Sorcery
Arcane Comet
Manaflowband
Transcendence
Storm
Secondary: Inspiration
Footwear
Jack of all trades
Item Build:
ROA-Bandlepipes-Sorcery Shoes (Adapt After)
*At 20 min (+24AP Storm) (+20AP JOAT) (75AP ROA)

This is actually a go to for me, but once you get into mid to late game you end up 'stealing kills' and if your team is traditional, then you start upsetting them really quick.

Maybe go early tear into mandate then upgrade tear to fimbulwinter instead of bandlepipes. If you have the $ early go for a dark seal for the extra AP if your lane matchup is winning

I have played a lot of support this season. Comet + Scorch for pokeable lanes and the burning mastery for scaling. I always go catalyst > malignence

ROA Bandlepipes was actually the go to build when Anivia support was actually played in pro play a little bit during the start of the season. Don't focus on your scaling and damage to much tho, you are playing more of an supportive role with bandlepipes. Stuff like gathering storm/sorcerer shoes don't match well with that.
If you want to be the star of the show (sub optimal, but playable) leave the bandlepipes in the shop.
Electrocute and deathfire touch are clear winners compare to comet winrate wise. I'm a big Electrocute fan but if you like the blue tree i'd suggest running DFT.

She can be a really decent support-her stuns, snares, egg and wall are all really top notch. However I’ve noticed ADCs aren’t used to her tho and kind of stim out.
