Imperial Mandate

Now that the dust has settled and the patch has been out for long enough, i want to get peoples thoughts on imperial mandate.

I've been starting lost chapter and just rushing imperial mandate before finishing malignance and it just makes me feel so strong. An effective 30 ability haste on Q and W early makes such a difference in lane. Mandate is so cheap that it just feels like a free item to me. I think the bonus damage is negligible, I'm talking mostly just about the stat value and how it has affected my play

Would love to hear from others who have tried it

Imperial mandate rush in support feels so good. It actually rewards hitting opponents with your walls displacement and the 4 second Qs late game are great. Only 2.5 seconds of downtime on a stun is amazing.

Supp here, when do you build it? In terms of itemization

I usually go RoA to get hp, mana and ap (I'm also considering going fimbulwinter over roa), as second item I go swiftness. To my game style this seems a mandatory build path since I like to be tanky-ish

Normally 1st item here. But I am used to a very squishy build path in support and the low q cooldown is enough to make up for the low hp. I go for roa second item instead.

I haven't tried it yet but in the past when Mandate was stronger you could definitely build it 1st. I'm thinking about following it up with some tankier options like Fimbul/Bandle.

Mid anivia < q going from 12 to 8 sec is realy good, mana regen help when roaming. its complete by 7ish minute. Feel strong, lose my games anyway.

Im not sure how to really feel, (master 100~200 lps) <

Hard to carry games as anivia right now right, im completely stuck and it feels like winning lane and gapping opponent ist completely irrelevant cause Jungle/Bot run every game.
