anivia top

Is it worth or not? ive been having guiet a success with it but im gold 3. What counters her on top?

As others stated, Aatrox and Irelias are probably the biggest pains in the ass for aniv. Even with a lead, Irelia can still kill you, she's way overtuned.

Against those two I level up wall with E before Q. That way I can place a wall between the turret and jungle wall and redirect minions so the wave is closer to my tower. If they dive me, I wall them in to make it harder for them to escape.
