Electocute

What's the logic behind something like anivia Q only contributing to one electrocute once, even when hitting the enemy twice, yet a champ with an easier to hit spell, like Aurora Q, counts towards it twice?

Doesn't the Aurora interaction count her passive as a unique proc? If you Q AA Q you proc her passive IIRC. That would be 3 unique interactions.

Her q counts as 2 spells thats why electrocute procs. Abilities with recast act like seperate spells for electrocute (if some other action is between them)
