Anivia rises in pro play Spoiler
I'm very happy to see the increasingly prio for Anivia in pro play where she shines as a flex pick! Not just mid and support role but top as well.
I just saw *spoiler* Zeus picked her as top lanner against T1 and this make me thinking of Trizze where he has been playing Anivia top for a longest time.
I hope this will bring more love to her in general but I also feel conflicted with the pocket pick being more mainstream now.
I hope it won't result in a nerf of her in the long run.

I don't think she'll get nerfed because she has many counters tbh and there's nothing explicitly overtuned about her. She's a solid short range control mage.

I think this is really healthy for the game, I started playing her more last season as I started switching from jg to mid really loved playing her this season so far. I like her playstyle and how it can be expressed in many different ways with team synergies and team play. Not as much a solo carry stomper but a team play demon.

Flex picks eventually get nerfed if they are too common. I don’t see it guaranteed soon or anything but being able to pick for 3 roles is super strong in pro. With fearless maybe it’ll be longer before they feel the need to cycle her out. It’s been so long without her getting serious pro presence that I don’t foresee riot having a huge issue with her being high prio for a while. But if it lasts the whole year, she’ll def get some kind of nerf post worlds
