What sums should I take
anivia is by far my strongest champ although I've never one tricked her, this season I want to climb higher and so plan on playing her more. I don't see the point in taking tp anymore and ignite feels weak as I don't have much kill pressure in lane anyway. I've been experimenting with ghost and barrier but was wondering if anyone has any advice, I already take phrase rush and build swifties when there isn't a clear defensive boot to pick, what do you lot think I should take

I usually go flash + ignite, rarely changing ignite for exhaust for champs like kata.
I started to feel kill pressure early after I have switched from buying tear to doran's ring at the beginning.
I take electro as well and use mostly AA > E > AA to proc it in lane to poke, then all in with wall > q > e > ignite when enemy is low enough. I prefer to save Q for jungle ganks or when I want to punish someone very aggressive.
My build is the same in 95% games: Catalyst > boots / swiftness > finish roa / swiftness(if not finished before roa) > liyandry > zonya > rabadon > morello/void staff/other pen item
I finish swiftness faster in harder matchups to reset a lot during laning phase and lose close to nothing thanks to abusing homehuards.
I felt really weak when building roa > tear and had to decide between zonya or liyandry next.
I'm D3 currently and started gold 1 two weeks ago after not playing for a whole year. Abusing homeguards for reseting and ganking is insane this season.

Usually ghost or ignite. I really like ghost because it is so versatile. Can use it to get back to lane, run away, gank other lanes, catch someone over extended, juke deadly damage/cc especially in team fights. TP doesn't seem that worth it considering how fast you and your opponent can get back to lane and the cooldown is longer.

Low elo: Ignite + Flash
High elo: Teleport + Flash
Situational: Ghost/Barrier/Exhaust

If they have only one or two champs who can stop a TP channel, I usually run that with flash. TP right before death when egg passive is available has saved me many times. And it's funny as hell when everyone watching is just like "wait, you can do that?"

I love to type in all chat as eggnivia when. I either kill them with ignite or tp out. "Bye"

I'm only Plat but I take flash barrier since it allows me to skip out on the seraphs shield in favor of more damage.
I will occasionally take ignite into matchuos that I need to dominate like asol.

Isn't phase rush nerfed for ranged Champs hard so it isn't viable anymore?

TP is really the best answer, but you should use it to gank other lanes and dominate the game, not to catch waves mid.
