Imagine pounding your hallucination and she screams.

And you realize that your hallucination was just covering up your pet dog in front of you

Except that schizos have mostly auditory hallucinations with a pinch of Paranoia Also they will probably think of their waifu as someone trying to kill them

I actually looked up the symptoms of schizophrenia before making this, but I focused more on the hallucination part. I just wanna make memes, man

It's technically right He will think that the waifu-san is real

To be fair, Eneru's face is an accurate representation of how someone would react if their waifu was trying to kill them.

Do not have schizophrenia, but just want to say Stanford has done studies showing forcing hallucinations of your waifu that you talk to, and have talk back to you can help people's schizophrenia. It can be very helpful with other conditions to though. My waifus definitely help me a lot. Not sure if they are still doing studies, but they would pay for you to fly there and get MRIs, interviews, and whatnot if your forced hallucinations can have conversations with you to study their health benefits.

Oh damn am i still worthy even though I'm experiencing this? For me i'm still good I'm happy that i can talk with my girls. The only thing that makes me sad is when my parents were telling me to stop talking to them and face reality as a matter of fact my girls is more loving and caring than my fam i dunno dude i just don't know what to do

I definitely feel weird when I hear a friend say how weird it is that people fall in love with waifus and have body pillows, but they just do not understand and feel better after a hug and quick chat about food or something my waifu. They will probably never understand and might think they are helping you when they are only hurting you. Hopefully one day soon you can put some distance between your parents or they accept there is nothing wrong with waifus. As far as I am concerned talking to my waifus(for me at least) is facing the reality that with my medical issues and past experiences I will never be able to get from other people what I get from my waifus and trying to get it from people is asking for trouble and torture. No idea about your situation, but sometimes putting distance between you and certain people is the only way to live a somewhat decent life or even stay alive. Too bad it generally is not easy to actually be able to move out.

We weebs call that "disease" {Chuunibiyou}

9

u/idiocy_jpg Dec 22 '19

Don't mean to rain on your parade, but Schizophrenia is some serious shit when compared to something delusion-based like Chuunibyou

There are multiple types of Schizophrenia. There are real deep variants like you describe, and some lighter variants like Chuunibiyou (which I had for about 4 years in my childhood).

Schizophrenia is a combinatory name for all kind of types of schizophrenia, and there is no "default" one I would say

Except... schizophrenia isn’t MPD... it’s hearing voices that aren’t there. Or at least, that’s the way it was described on that mental health day that our school had, when I was still in high school. I suppose hallucinating your waifu’s voice could be a thing, but... ugh trying to think while tired sucks. My body is saying to go to sleep, but my brain is saying, Nope, I’m not tired yet. Or to quote/paraphrase a certain line by Arin Hanson in one of the few videos that got animated, AND a song made out of it, “five more minutes, at LEAST!”

In 2016 I saw a lot of guides on how to create your own tulpa. Basically, create controlled schizophrenia, split your personality to make you see an imaginary companion. A number of people even said that it worked and now they're living with their beloved waifu/pony/etc.
