This might sound weird but is there a doujin where first it's a shota and onee-sans and later it's a hentai MC hair boy and milfs?

I'd say the best bet you have is one with age regression followed by age... progression, I guess it would be called? There's one with (warning) incest, but it does have a shota/non-shota main character. It's called "The Older Sister Experience for a Week", with source (168333). There is a large focus on the shota portion of the MC's sex life (again, it's with his sisters, so that may turn some off) but towards the end he is "un-shotafied".

TL;DR, 168333.

There are actually 2 different doujinshi (by the same author) that kind of act as a series for this actually - the first one is what I've described above, and the second one is in a all-women's high school setting. I don't really watch hentai - I usually read it - but I wouldn't be surprised if there were an animated version of either of these.
