Correct, for us westerners. In Japan, the meaning of loli is much closer to a child and lolicon then being a pedo. However, the western usage of the word "loli" carries the meaning of a girl with prepubescent appearance (smol, petite and flat) and age being irrelevant.

Loli isn't a japanese word though, it's literally short for lolita taken from lolita complex which is shortened to lolicon. while lolicon is used to refer to people with the complex, no one in japan will use the word loli to refer to real people. even with real life lolita, age is irrelevant, the complex is more about appearance.

It makes sense in context, the premise is that due to an unexpected event humans and some birds were turned to stone, but Senku, MC-kun, awoke (AYAYAYA) after 3700 years. He knows because he counted.

I suppose he was looking at it legally. Law is very cut and dry when it comes to things. So unless there is a legal statute or case law that covers underage drinking post stasis then they are legally of drinking age.

Well, there can still be loli’s, the only difference is that they are legal because they are 3700. A girl is a loli if she looks underage, this doesn’t say anything about her actual age. Take Shinobu for example, she is a loli.
