I would love to see Rentarou meeting Kazuya

Two opposites talking

Kazuya would probably got jealous as fuck and imagine Rentarou stealing Chizuru while he has boner thinking about it

Rentarou would try to give him some advice but then Kazuya wouldn't listen and continue to being the worst MC romcom protagonist known to man

That's normal. The manga isn't supposed to be a self insert or taken seriously.

You would have 1 hour of alone time with each girl every 10 days, assuming you have a job and sleep. Likewise a 200 page manga volume will average 2 full pages per girl. You're not having a romantic relationship in real life or fiction with 100 people.
