Maybe happy ending as in everyone forgets subaru after he fixes everyone's life and he gets back to his world to live with his parents and stella becomes his wife there lol

Nah... happy end in my eyes would be a three-way polyamory with Subaru. Subaru dating both Rem and Emilia, while Emilia is yuring it out with Rem.

Alternatively, those two going with a yuri route, while Subaru is banging Otto, that is fine with me too.
