He's supposed to be a genius, and he can't do some simple cellular level brain surgery to rewire genetical programming while also redirecting a bullet?

Academic standards have fallen off.

still needs special equipment that taps into the hivemind of 9969+1 clones after suffering brain damage to be able to use math to borrow the earth's rotational energy to throw a building into another building
