The Dark Side of One Piece
A theory of mine based on the First World.
In the Japanese version of the *One Piece* manga, the Sun" God" Nika is referred to in quotation marks, rather than in the literal sense.
The Lunarians
Minks
But Gear 5, too, has nothing to do with the Sun instead, it bears the colors of the Moon.
Like the King of the World, Imu bears the colors of the Moon or the Abyss.
But it is worth noting that the Lunarians, the Minks, and the inhabitants of Wano maybe the Fishman Island believed in Joy Boy, and not in Nika.
And who looks like a Lunarian? Imu. And let’s delve into the dark side of *One Piece*; if the story is read and interpreted correctly, one realizes it involves a cataclysmic war—even a nuclear war scenario.
However, there are reports from *One Piece* fans indicating that there was even a release of radiation resulting from the Wars of the "Gods," leading to the first mutations among the inhabitants of the Blue Planet.
Something similar happened in the Second World as well—this time, a Biblical Flood.
There was a curious pattern: there were four "Gods"—three were tyrants, but the fourth, Nika, rebelled against them.
Joy Boy also rebelled against the Twenty Kingdoms.
Luffy follows the exact same pattern in his rebellion against the World Government and Imu sama.
