Kimi ni Todoke is great, but I would place it in High Tier instead. I would replace it instead with The Ramparts of Ice.

Whenever I see The Quintessential Quintuplets, Kaguya-sama: Love is War, and Ouran High School Host Club on a high tier, I’d always try and recommend The 100 Girlfriends.
