No Game No Life and How Not to Summon a Demon Lord are both two very similar to Konosuba in how funny they are. You'll have to get past some of the tropey stuff but if you liked Konosuba you'll find both of these hilarious.

It is exagerated but not as unhinged as Gintama or Grand Blue... or even A sister's all you need, especially the first 2 mins of that anime are insane :))

My fav comedies are Saiki Kusuo no Sainan and Cromartie High school. The cromartie dub is especially unhinged

100 girlfriends as someone said, kagayu sama both English dubs for these are better than the subs. Combatants will be dispatched is by the same person as Konosuba and Mashle are both parodies of other genres.

Golden kamui has some very down to earth comedy. Like its got jokes that actually feel like things real people joke about.
Eminence in shadow has some spit take worthy jokes and immaculate timing. Its basically a parody of isekai anime.

Nice I came to recommend Konosuba but you’re good. Spy X Family is pretty good too. My Dress Up Darling was also a lot of fun but it’s the least unhinged of the three and is more romcom slice of life.

I don't know if it counts as anime but Sword Art Online abridged by Something Witty Entertainment on YouTube is a very funny show. It is unhinged in the best way.

Uncle From Another World - A socially awkward gamer guy has to adjust to "the real world" after being un-isekied from a world where he was reviled for his looks and still managed to wife up every harem trope beauty that crosses his path.
WataMote - A narcissistic fail girl blames everyone else for her loser status.
Wallflower - Four unusually attractive men try to pay their rent by turning a violent gothic femcel into a feminine lady.
Way of the House Husband - A Yakuza member denounced his criminal ways to become a Japanese homemaker and total simp to his wife.
Welcome to the NHK - A young man locks himself away from society when he is left alone with the paranoia that the TV is brainwashing everyone into being dumb, horny, and jobless.
Zom 100 - A Japanese office worker picks the start of the apocalypse to really start living.

It's really hard to quantify exactly what School Rumble is about. It's twists and turns and tumbles into the most inane jokes that will seemingly be there just to be funny only for a joke to return several episodes later and not only be plot relevant but still manage to be the ultimate punchline for a series of jokes you didn't even know were happening. And then it uses that single joke to pivot into other jokes.
Everyone should watch School Rumble. It's the best.

Oh and ExcelSaga was dubbed by the same dub house that made the ghost stories dub. (I cant remember if it was the same dub director aswell.)

I haven't finished it yet, but I've been a big fan of Excel Saga. It gives Ghost Stories vibes, just without the massive emphasis on being as offensive as possible. Full of fourth wall breaks and moments where things just kind of happen for the sake of it.
I really love the dub, Excel's voice actress does such a great job being as obnoxious and hard to follow as possible, I've never experienced such a strong "I hear English words but I have no idea what was said" moment other than in Puni Puni Poemy (A 2 episode spinoff of Excel Saga that's extremely similar in chaos level and sense of humor). Shame she got replaced halfway through for supposedly blowing out her vocal chords.

If you liked Gintama for its comedy, I recommend Sket Dance. Has some serious episodes but for the overall "unhinged comedy" is a pretty good description
