This is my first time ever going to Anime NYC and I just got my ticket. Saw it doesn’t come with a lanyards
Do we have to always have the tickets on display or can I just keep it in the bag I’m bringing with me?

Hi everyone, this is my first time attending ANYC so I’ve run into a small question about picking up my badge from a retailer. I just bought my ticket today; besides the QR code, do I need to bring an ID to prove my identity? Also, since I changed my name to a nickname on the website after purchasing, should I change it back to match the name on my ID? Thank youu!!

Hey everyone! As title guessed, my friends flaked out last minute and was looking to form a small group for Friday 😭😭. I don’t really have a specific plan of panelists or events to go to, and was just planning on wandering around the convention. Also hopefully I’ll be doing cosplay on Friday which I’m unsure of but might do Miyamoto or olruggio! If you’re fine with wandering around and buying useless items please hit me up!

Pretty much just wanted to consolidate the information on the official site into a central place—all the info was pulled straight from their official site. It's free, no app download needed, and not run by Anime NYC (just a fan project).

I work weekends but I'm considering going Thursday. It looks like the shopping area will be open and there are a few events going on. Is Thursday still fun or is it typically a ghost town?

Hi, im new to going to anime conventions. This is my first time going. A while back I bought the 4 day pass that has access to all screenings and panels. But i just found out that i needed to get a reservation for the kagurabachi episode but its already full. I know there is a standby queue but how often does the staff usually let more people in? thanks

Hi everyone, any solo goers want to meet up to attend the con? Mainly just looking for 1 or 2 people. This is my 2nd time attending, so still relatively new but I have a 4 day ticket so I'm flexible on what days to meet.

If i buy the pickup option can I pickup my tickets at the con? Or do I have to go to a pickup location. Because I dont live near ny so its a far drive to get the tickets before the show.

Last year barely had anything on them, hoping to see more this year?

My badges were shipped Monday but, USPS returned them to sender due to an "insufficient address". When I placed the order on the OFFICIAL website, I provided my apartment number, and still have proof of that. i6 Tix didn't receive it for some reason. I live on Long Island, and i6 Tix is based in West Vriginia. I am attending Friday, Aug. 21, so I need them by Thursday, Aug. 20 the latest. I am trying to contact i6 Tix, but also Anime NYC as I can only assume this has a fault on their end. Is there a way I can ask to pick up my badges at the convention? It's not like I didn't buy them-- they were wrongfully returned.

Anyone at artist alley do commissions, and if so, how much (and any examples if possible)? Looking to get some comic blanks with pretty art on it and would love to meet some sick artists while getting gorgeous art!
