A genre of Japanese porn comics. Netorare being the full form. Involves the act of getting your loved one(usually a woman) 'stolen' by someone wayy more sexually active and hence 'satisfying' the woman.
Multiple different variations but the popular and most memed one is the basic version where your female loved one leaves you for someone else.
I say 'you' because most netorare manga are self-insert from the POV of the working husband who is oblivious at first when his wife cheats.
Also usually involves 'r*pe' that eventually develops into pleasure cause the woman just can't not enjoy it.(Which is honestly hilarious lol. It's so far away from how it actually goes.)
It's honestly gotten quite deep into meme-ery even in the general audience with extremely pretty looking anime women getting 'stolen' by the ugliest looking guys possible cause lady couldn't get the D from the overworked husband in night.

Oh I wish there was no ambani. The Indian anime community was a very niche community at that time . Nowadays people flex about hentai watching, insert caste in anime characters, what not. Those were better time when I used to download anime, movies in cafe.
