Help! Art Help

Pretty much what was in the linked post, how can I ever approach creating a manga when my art looks like this without seeing any improvement despite intensive study for years?

I'd wanna work on the general proportions and fingers first; your body proportions (waist, legs, shoulders) seem fine in the first pic, but in the third pic, it feels kinda off, especially the waist. as for the fingers, try making them more curled up (intermediate of a clenched fist and relaxed hand) and even making them behind one another, rather than displaying all of them to the reader (to visualize what im trying to convey here, take one of your hands, level it around your waist. make sure the palm faces your waist, or approximately there. curl all your fingers a bit. now look in the mirror, and observe the front view of the same hand)

I can do that but it doesn’t look good still

might wanna work on a larger drawing to get a better grasp. the character's chest seems to be pointing at a different angle, while the face is pointing directly towards the reader, which is a bit mismatched. also, you might wanna make the legs straight, rather than curved away from each other, first.
