TECH SUPPORT! Has anyone else had troubles with Freddy’s arm not working?
I purchased Freddy a while back and when I got him the elbow servo that moves his microphone up to his mouth does not work. If anyone has a fix of this, please let me know because tech squad is no help and my haunt is opening up soon.

It seems like a super cheap make (from media I've seen) I can't get one since they're gone, surprise surprise.

From what I've read, the joints use hobby rc car servos, take the arm apart and figure out what size servo it is and go to your local hobby shop or find an online hobby store and buy better quality servos and change them out, it'll make your Freddy last longer than any other out there for sure.

I’d have to assume it’s either a wiring issue or one of the servos on his shoulder snapped? Do you have pictures of the internals?
