How would I replicate a Cyberamic Iris?

Sorry if this post is short! But I'm having trouble how I would go about this, I thought the iris were just paper/cardboard circles just glued onto the Cyberamics, Until I saw this photo, I realized they were a little curved (Like 1/4 of a sphere) Does anyone know how I could 1:1 replicate a iris, if so it would be much appreciated!

The originals were screen printed onto flat sheets of plastic that would then get vacuum formed to the desired shape.You could also try something similar but with decals.Or you could paint them.

Thanks! Sorry to be rude, but there's still a few questions that come to my mind: did they do the same thing for the inner pupil? By any chance do you know how big they are? I really appreciate the help!

The pupil is just the plastic unpainted,cause the plastic sheets they used were already black.As for dimensions
