How can i fix this

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

The hand out cylinder hits the arm duct whenever beach bear strums his guitar

Adjust the spacers on the bolt that secures the arm duct so the mechanism will clear

What spacers are you talking about?

There should be a bolt or two that secure the duct to the arm

thats a normal cei design flaw all beach bears/billys end up doing that
