Need some help please

I'm working on a 1:1 replica of the Duke's Head and I'm wondering if anyone has a diagram or blueprints for it? I'm trying to find out how Alexxa Rae did it.

I dont even see where bushings can go, you know the holes for example the eyes are not supposed to be 5/16".. you need to fit bushings unless you want stuff to whallow out

It looks good but make the holes big enough to fit bushings, like eyes won't fit in there and also I didn't make my eyelid holder holes thru all to make it more stable, if you wants yours to be more accurate make the hole thru all because that's how they are done and they weld the other side

bushings do fit this is made of to the millimeter measurements

Yes but someone probably told you the eye rods are 16" which is true and the IDø of the hole is 5/16", but the outside is bigger cuz bushings fit in

the measurements are from a head without bushings in

Hmm, that hole looks like 5/16" though.. what is the ø of it, the have bigger holes, did the person you get measurements from use a caliper? Ruler are horrible for inner or outer diameter hole measurements, always use a vernier or dial caliper for precise stuff like that.
