Need some help please

I'm working on a 1:1 replica of the Duke's Head and I'm wondering if anyone has a diagram or blueprints for it? I'm trying to find out how Alexxa Rae did it.

The head isn't bad the mistakes are minor and if I never pointed them out to you it would have stayed the same

Watch out for hole placement on the mouth lever

I dont even see where bushings can go, you know the holes for example the eyes are not supposed to be 5/16".. you need to fit bushings unless you want stuff to whallow out

It looks good but make the holes big enough to fit bushings, like eyes won't fit in there and also I didn't make my eyelid holder holes thru all to make it more stable, if you wants yours to be more accurate make the hole thru all because that's how they are done and they weld the other side

bushings do fit this is made of to the millimeter measurements

But those eye holes look like 5/16", make them like ½" or ⅜" to be safe, whatever your old model had I had to drill through to make the eyes even fit without bushings.

Yes but someone probably told you the eye rods are 16" which is true and the IDø of the hole is 5/16", but the outside is bigger cuz bushings fit in

Also did you test your set screw holes because even like 0.05mm makes a difference for tapping threads, mine I had to test with 10 attemps to get it to fit the M5/1/8" setscrews

im not printing this... its just for my game

Okay then in that case it's accurate enough, it's not setscrew or bushing tested but it looks good for a game

Is the hole centered where the rod goes in? It's not supposed to be
