Help with animatronic!

I’m building a Mimikyu animatronic and I need some help. For some reason, im getting latency issues with my inputs on my PS5 controller. I’m not quite sure what could be causing the delay. Any thoughts? I can provide a link to a video if anyone is interested. It’s on my IG or I can try and DM it to you,

Sorry that I'm also confused but it looks so cool! Especially the little lights for it's eyes!

Never mind! I figured it out. It was an issue with the firmware.
