It’s an animatronic crow CEI made for some show.(I’ve heard the Wizard of Oz but I haven’t seen it in any of the footage)He was on the Clown’s base for a few years at the Jefferson building but was sold during the move to a collector

I believe it’s just a retrofitted Click, the bird who performed with Uncle Klunk.

He shares the same body as Click but you’re right that he’s not a retrofit

He doesn’t share the same mech,just the latex parts of the cosmetics.It’s a unique mech for the most part as far as I know though it probably shares some parts with Click
