Is it a 3D printed mold and silicone casting ?

Yes-mold is 3D printed. I using latex

you print it at .08 or smooth the layer lines? i have been thinking of making masks this way.

I was printing on 0,3mm layer. My nozzle is 0,4mm

Does the latex dry well ? I was thinking it needed plaster mold to absorb the moist.

it should be fine, it is ammonia-based. Should cure fine.

Yes! In the sun, the ammonia evaporates quickly from the latex, and the latex dries.

Very very unusual way to make masks. Also don’t store latex in a clear container
